1-on-1 Communication Coaching

What this is about?

1 on 1 sessions offer a confidential space to explore how to communicate—with others and with myself.

 

Grounded in the principles of Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC), these sessions support in developing clarity, empathy, and authenticity in my interactions.

 

Rather than “fixing” me, the process helps understand what truly matters to me, hear others more deeply and express honestly without blame or criticism - even in difficult situations.
